Activity Level 1
Site seeing tours, yoga, light walking on flat or rolling hill like terrain, swimming, leisurely paddling, paddleboard yoga, cooking classes, R&R.
Activity Level 2
Moderate, flat terrain or rolling hill cycling and/or hiking (1-3 hrs), sailing, boating, yoga, distance paddleboarding (1-2 hrs), paddleboard yoga, camping
Activity Level 3
Moderate hikes with increased elevation (2-3 hrs), off-road cycling on flat-moderately steep terrain (2-3 hrs), horseback riding, zip lining, paddleboard yoga, river rafting or kayaking (cat 1-3).
Activity Level 4
Longer moderate to difficult hiking with increased/steeper elevation (5-8 hrs), ocean kayaking (half day), canyoning, overnight hiking to base camp (4+ hrs), river rafting (cat 4).
Activity Level 5
Long difficult hiking with increased elevation gains (8-10+ hrs), overnight hiking to base camp, river rafting (cat 5), ice climbing, mountaineering.
