Amber Carr
Amber Carr started practicing yoga in 2006 and has been teaching since 2020. She is constantly searching for ways to intertwine yoga with the outdoors. Amber’s classes are unique, often mixing creative cues to a sturdy rhythm. She intertwines playfulness with mindfulness throughout practice that leaves you reflecting on your flow with a new perspective. She enjoys cultivating a playful environment with new and seasoned students alike.
Amber is a trained Ecologist specializing in the restoration of degraded habitats and has led numerous international natural history trips for Mass Audubon and local trips for U.S. Fish and WIldlife Service, the Appalachian Mountain Club, and other local conservation organizations. She enjoys spending as much time as possible outside and can be found birding, hiking, paddling, climbing, and practicing yoga. She enjoys exploring with new and seasoned adventurers alike and looks forward to seeing you outside soon :).

- Registered Yoga Teacher- 200 hours
- Certified Stand Up Paddle board (SUP) Yoga Teacher- 25 hours
