SUP YO was founded by Jana Olenio, yoga instructor, travel agent and NH native, and was created from pure passion for nature and outdoor adventure. SUP YO was originally formed in 2011 as a paddleboard yoga company that over time evolved into many other outdoor adventure offerings from day hikes to weeklong worldwide adventure trips.

Carrie Johnson

Carrie brings over 25 years of study in Health & Fitness and Mind & Body. Her fascination with movement, stretching, strengthening the body and a keen understanding of the dynamics of the human body led her to pursue her training in Pilates. Carrie also has a love with being in the water and on the water and loves to paddleboard and kayak. Bringing Pilates and Yoga on the board brings a whole different world to your body and mindset. Its the best.

Carrie acquired her Stott Pilates Mat Certification in 1999 and her Pilates Comprehensive certification in 2005 from Physical Mind Institute in Madison, Wisconsin, and Chicago achieving over 1000 hours. As well as Peak Pilates training in 2017.

In 2011 she completed 200 hours RYTT in Power Vinyasa Hot Yoga in Madison, Wisconsin in addition to completing 100 hours of Yin Yoga training in Chicago. In 2015 Carrie also did Mobility coach training.

Carrie’s enthusiasm and energy shine through while her down to earth and personal healing touch brings comfort and balance for every student. You can expect a fun, safe, athletic, and anatomically focused class with humor, and plenty of chances to find your edge.

In her spare time, Carrie loves working out, paddleboarding, kayaking, golfing and taking long walks with her dog, Jaxson, traveling, beaches, wine tasting, and spending quality time with her two beautiful daughters.
