Elyse Mickalonis grew up in upstate New York with a love for animals, cooking and bonfires. Elyse earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the State University of New York at Purchase College and Master’s Degree from New York University. In 2012, Elyse began her yoga journey in Johnson City, NY as a student at Yoga Body Shop, a Baptiste Affiliate Studio.
