Jesseca Hubert
Jesseca first came to yoga for the flexibility benefits and to build her strength for fitness competitions which were taking a toll on her back. What she found was a calming and healing practice that helped her heal both physically and mentally. Later she also found her love of paddleboarding with Sup Yo and her paddleboard yoga journey began. Jesseca enjoys slow flow vinyasa styles, yin yoga and a good power flow to balance it out.
Jesseca has 20 years of personal training and group fitness experience and has competed locally and nationally with the NPC and Miss Fitness America. She holds a 200 hour RYT through Roots Yoga and has attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and expanded her knowledge into holistic nutrition and health coaching.

- Registered Yoga Teacher – 200 hours
- Certified Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Teacher – 30 hours
