Jillian has been practicing yoga for over 6 years and instructing for the past 3 years. As a runner and athlete she found yoga to be an excellent addition to her fitness both physically and mentally. She has fallen in love with the yoga community as a whole and enjoys aiding in the self development and transformation of each of her students. Her training includes: Yoga Sculpt with CorePower Yoga, 200hr RYT with B_inspired and SurfYogaBeer’s International Teacher Training, and Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga training with SUP YO. She has primarily taught at studios in the greater Boston area and has participated in international yoga retreats. When not in the studio she co-teaches in a virtual strength training Bootcamp online with participants throughout the country. In Jillian’s classes you will move your body and mind and leave class feeling empowered mentally and physically! Jillian is very excited to combine her love for the water with her yoga practice by teaching SUP Yoga with SUP YO!
