Leah Pacione graduated from Suffolk University in 2004 and immediately started working in marketing even though her passion was to be a teacher. After having her first child, she began substitute teaching. After the birth of her second child, she began practicing yoga for stress relief.
Yoga was instant love and became an essential part of her life. Looking for a way to share her passion for teaching with her love of yoga to include her family, she began teaching Expressive Yoga Dance in 2013. In February 2014, Leah completed her 200 hour YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) at Kripalu School of Yoga. Leah took her yoga practice on the water and became certified in Stand Up Paddle board (SUP) Yoga in May of 2014. Always looking for ways to supplement the SUP Yoga experience, Leah completed her Aerial Yoga Teacher Training with Kama Fitness in February of 2016.Leah believes in yoga for all – anytime, anywhere! She incorporates essential oils into her classes, customizes her own kids and special ed. student yoga program, and creates and facilitates Aroma Yoga, Chakra Essential Oil and Breathing and Mindfulness for Teachers Workshops. But most of all, Leah enjoys going with the flow while on the SUP!
