Mark Grgurovic
Mark Grgurovic has been an avid outdoorsmen, traveler and adventurer his entire life. He grew up fishing, hiking, swimming and exploring the great outdoors. Mark’s love for travel began as young as 2 years old traveling to visit family in Italy and Croatia. He would spend his summers working on the family farm with his grandfather and learning how to make olive oil and wine. He has always had a passion for the outdoors and nature, and always had an interest in protecting and saving animals, especially turtles. Mark received his M.S. in Wildlife Biology in 2006 specializing in Blandings Turtle Conservation. Today, Mark is still heavily involved in turtle conservation in Massachusetts. In his free time, Mark enjoys hiking and skiing in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and traveling to Croatia to visit family. Mark’s expertise is in co-leading and leading international adventure retreats, providing logistical support on location, and curating the most cultural and authentic experiences on each of our adventure travels.
