Molly Wendland
Molly is a lifelong learner and lover of nature, fitness, health, and wellness. It all started when her parents met while working at Blue Hills Reservation in Milton, MA and included regular camping and hiking into her childhood, setting the pace for her lifestyle and career. Since childhood, she has always found joy in outdoor adventures including hiking, multi-day camping treks, biking, and paddle boarding.
Molly studied massage therapy in Lakewood, CO and has enjoyed deepening her knowledge of the healing arts since earning her certificate in 2012. Bringing it to present day, nearly ten years and 45+ countries later, she has had the privilege of being a student to many healing arts modalities worldwide while gaining experience and training in yoga, reflexology, reiki, and energy healing. She earned her RYT-200 in Rishikesh India in 2016 after realizing the importance of a regular practice for her physical, mental, and spiritual health. The practice of yoga helped ground her as she lived out of a backpack for years traveling across the world and most notably studying Spanish and permaculture farming in South America. She returned to higher education in 2018 and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a BA in Public Health in 2022 with the hopes of extending the healing arts over large populations. However, she quickly returned to her first love and passion of working directly with individuals and groups as a massage therapist and yoga instructor at spas, yoga studios, and in the outdoors- and has been loving every minute of it!
Molly currently works at a spa in Natick as a massage therapist and teaches regular yoga classes in Wellesley and Kingston. During the summer, she also teaches SUP yoga and leads yoga hikes in New Hampshire. In her free time, she is usually (you guessed it) hiking, paddle boarding, practicing yoga and meditation, traveling, biking, and pitching outdoor adventures to her wonderful friends.
