Stephanie Ward is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor and graduate from Core Power Yoga. Stephanie began as a student at Core Power Yoga in 2014 and immediately felt at home in their studio. This was around the same time she was searching for a way to compliment her marathon training, and yoga & running seemed to be a perfect combination. Stephanie continued to take yoga classes and eventually signed up for their fall yoga teacher training program in the year 2015. She graduated in 2015 and then went on to continue with an extension program in extensive sculpt training.
Stephanie took her first SUP Yoga class in 2013. Taking her love of the water, yoga and combining both with Stand Up Paddleboarding seemed like the perfect fit when an opportunity was presented by SUP YO last summer. Stephanie joins SUP YO for her fifth summer of teaching on the water in Boston and Medford. When she is not teaching SUP Yoga, she is practicing Yoga, spinning, pilates and also volunteering as a swim coach at the Boys & Girls Club of Charlestown.
