
Stephanie Ward
Stephanie Ward is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor and graduated from Core Power Yoga. Stephanie began as a student at Core Power Yoga in 2014 and immediately felt at home in their studio. This was around the same time she was searching for a way to complement her marathon training, and yoga & running seemed to be a perfect combination. Stephanie continued to take yoga classes and eventually signed up for their fall yoga teacher training program in the year 2015. She graduated in 2015 and then went on to continue with an extension program in extensive sculpt training.
Stephanie took her first SUP Yoga class in 2013. Taking her love of the water, yoga and combining both with Stand Up Paddleboarding seemed like the perfect fit. Stephanie joins SUP YO for her seventh summer of teaching on the water in Boston. When she is not teaching SUP Yoga, she is practicing Yoga, spinning, pilates, long walks through the city or a book at the beach.

- Certified Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Teacher – 30 hours
