If you are looking to connect with nature, yourself and other like minded souls or if you just need to get grounded and connect with the earth, this retreat is for you!

Acadia National Park, located on Mount Desert Island, is a stunning national treasure on the coast of Maine. No matter where you explore in this park, the views are spectacular and nature abounds. No wonder this is one of the most visited parks in all of North America!

Acadia National Park offers hiking, biking, camping, breathtaking views of jagged coastlines, and pristine lakes for the nature lover, adventurer and outdoor enthusiast. More than two dozen mountains rise above the rocky shore, including Cadillac Mountain, which at 1,530 feet is the highest point on the U.S. Atlantic coast. There are more than 130 miles of hiking trails to explore by foot and 45 miles of carriage roads to travel by bike. Also, side note: Acadia is one of the best places on the east coast to view the Milky Way and you will LOVE star gazing by the fireside at night.

Getting back to nature can do countless positive things for your body, mind and soul. It can leave you feeling grounded, rested, relaxed, rejuvenated, connected to the earth and to others, and so much more.
Join us for this weekend retreat in nature and nourish your mind, body and soul.

    Rating
  • As a busy mom and business owner I don’t often get the chance to take time to myself. The value of time away is priceless. I can’t imagine spending my time any other way now! This (Acadia National Park Retreat) was truly one of the best “recharges” I have had the pleasure to experience. I had so many moments to reflect on my inner thoughts while being out in nature. Meeting new people who may be so different from myself however we connect through similar goals. A must for a more peaceful life!

We will be staying at the KOA Oceanside Campground located in Bar Harbor, situated at the head of Mount Desert Island, just 7 miles from the entrance of Acadia National Park. We offer two options for camping accommodations; Deluxe shared Cabins and Wooded or Waterview Tent sites.

These cabins make a great base camp and will provide you with many of the comforts of home and allow you to fully experience Acadia. Tucked back in the Maine woods but still close to the shoreline, you can walk right out your front door and enjoy the sunset. Cabins are equipped with bedding and all linens, a full bathroom with shower, microwave, refrigerator, sink, keurig coffee maker, outdoor grill, air conditioning, WiFi, fire pit, and a TV. Cabins accommodate up to 4 persons per cabin and are available on a shared basis.

Waterview and Wooded Tent sites

Pitch your tent nearby the ocean or in the woods and watch the sky melt into sunset pastels while you warm by the campfire. Enjoy easy access to the sea for swimming and paddleboarding. Bathhouses, laundry, and hot showers are nearby in walking distance. Leashed pets are also welcome to join you at your campsite. Water and electric hook ups on site.
