  • Planning a trip can be very time consuming and stressful. Am I picking a good location? Am I picking all the good spots? How do I know who I can trust when I book tours? SUP YO Adventures takes all that worry away! Just looking at the trip itinerary it’s clear that a great adventure is ahead…and then once you’re on the trip, it’s 1,000,000% confirmed! • I had my first international trip with SUP YO Adventures to Croatia and it blew away my expectations. The whole trip was thoughtfully planned but also allowed for wiggle room to adjust to the group flow. The group itself was incredible with people from all over collaborating with a shared love for adventure and connection. I was able to detach from my regular life and fully immerse myself in the experience. I left with many new experiences, memories and met many new friends. Thank you to the SUP YO team for fostering experiences like this one and many others in my future.

  • As a ‘retreat regular’ (with SUP YO and other retreat companies), I can say with 1,000,000% certainty that SUP YO Adventures will give you an experience of a lifetime! They have a great mix of planned activities, off the beaten path adventures and free time, AND there always seems to be a great mix of people to create forever friendships with. Kudos to the SUP YO team for sharing/transferring their passion for exploring, adventuring and traveling with the rest of us. Looking forward to my next trip with them… <3

  • I recently returned from Croatia where I experienced my first adventure with SUP YO. As an avid and seasoned retreat goer, I can say without hesitation that SUP YO has my full endorsement. Their mission is “to connect like-minded people through outdoor adventure,” and they have succeeded in doing just that. The bonds and friendships formed during this trip are undeniable. SUP YO did a wonderful job of bringing people together from all parts of the world for a shared experience of personal growth and connection through adventure travel. This retreat was pure bliss; the perfect mix of adventure, cultural immersion, yoga, play, and relaxation. Nobody was pressured to participate in anything or made to feel guilty for not doing so, but also received appropriate encouragement from the group as a whole when warranted. The trip leader was caring and patient. He exhibited solid direction as well as understanding in dealing with the challenging dynamics of group travel, all the while navigating the journey with humor and positivity. What a star! The itinerary was thoughtful and well planned. Everything from the tour guides to the excursions, to the culinary experiences were first class. This adventure was truly one for the books, and I can’t wait to travel again with SUP YO!

  • This (Sailing the Adriatic Adventure Retreat) was my first adventure retreat ever and it won’t be my last! This was by far the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. This was definitely out of my comfort zone with traveling out of the country for the 1st time and with strangers but I’m so glad I did this. I came back with a new view on life & I met some really great people who I now consider my friends. My heart is so full from this adventure! Thank you Jana & Mark for this amazing experience.
