SUP YO was originally formed in 2011 as a paddleboard yoga company that over time evolved into many other outdoor adventure offerings from day hikes to weeklong worldwide adventure trips.

There is time to enjoy a walk around Zadar and to pick up any snacks or drinks you wish to have on board before we transfer to ACI Marina in Skradin where the catamarans will be ready for boarding at 2 pm. There you will have lunch in one of the local restaurants. At 2pm we sail out to Prvic Island for an inspirational walk around this tiny island with no cars. We sail further on towards Kaprije Island for the night and anchor in one of the beautiful bays of the area for a swim and dinner in one of the best taverns in the area.

Day 3, September 11
We sail to Kornati National Park where we explore its many islands, islets, and reefs. Kornati is home of over 100 uninhabited islands! For a more close-up experience of the sea and its wildlife, we leave our boat and kayak through the places we want to explore further. Using a smaller vessel, we can access all the beautiful and secluded beaches and coves otherwise inaccessible by boat. We will have light lunch on the boat or along the way on one of the islands if possible. In the afternoon we anchor in a bay of Smokvica Island for SUP Yoga, a hike to the top of the island where we have a magnificent view of the sunset over the archipelago, and dinner at a local restaurant.
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch; Accommodation: catamaran
Day 4, September 12
Our island hopping and sailing adventure continues and we spend the first part of the day sailing towards Zirje Island. We will have light lunch on the boat or along the way on one of the islands if possible. We swim, SUP, and snorkel in great locations, and in the late afternoon, we sail on towards Zlarin Island where we enjoy a Sunset SUP Yoga class and anchor in a quiet bay for the night. Spend a pleasant evening walking in the serene ambiance of the village, tasting local food and wine.

Day 5, September 13
We leave Zlarin Island early in the morning and sail back towards Skradin, stopping along the way to swim and snorkel. Once in Skradin we will transfer to Island Pag! Get lost in the magic of the scenery and the views of the beautiful beaches and stop for swimming as you wish - the water here is so clear you can see to the bottom at every depth! We will have lunch along the way while kayaking. • Planning a trip can be very time consuming and stressful. Am I picking a good location? Am I picking all the good spots? How do I know who I can trust when I book tours? SUP YO Adventures takes all that worry away! Just looking at the trip itinerary it’s clear that a great adventure is ahead…and then once you’re on the trip, it’s 1,000,000% confirmed! They not only make sure the best trip is planned but are constantly managing the pieces during the trip, making sure everyone is happy and having a great time. The people these adventures attract are also amazing. You’re sure to leave a trip with new friends and future adventure buddies!

  • I had my first international trip with SUP YO Adventures to Croatia and it blew away my expectations. The whole trip was thoughtfully planned but also allowed for wiggle room to adjust to the group flow. The group itself was incredible with people from all over collaborating with a shared love for adventure and connection. I was able to detach from my regular life and fully immerse myself in the experience. I left with many new experiences, memories and met many new friends. Thank you to the SUP YO team for fostering experiences like this one and many others in my future.

  • As a ‘retreat regular’ (with SUP YO and other retreat companies), I can say with 1,000,000% certainty that SUP YO Adventures will give you an experience of a lifetime! They have a great mix of planned activities, off the beaten path adventures and free time, AND there always seems to be a great mix of people to create forever friendships with. Kudos to the SUP YO team for sharing/transferring their passion for exploring, adventuring and traveling with the rest of us. Looking forward to my next trip with them… <3

  • I recently returned from Croatia where I experienced my first adventure with SUP YO. As an avid and seasoned retreat goer, I can say without hesitation that SUP YO has my full endorsement. Their mission is “to connect like-minded people through outdoor adventure,” and they have succeeded in doing just that. The bonds and friendships formed during this trip are undeniable. SUP YO did a wonderful job of bringing people together from all parts of the world for a shared experience of personal growth and connection through adventure travel. This retreat was pure bliss; the perfect mix of adventure, cultural immersion, yoga, play, and relaxation. Nobody was pressured to participate in anything or made to feel guilty for not doing so, but also received appropriate encouragement from the group as a whole when warranted. The trip leader was caring and patient. He exhibited solid direction as well as understanding in dealing with the challenging dynamics of group travel, all the while navigating the journey with humor and positivity. What a star! The itinerary was thoughtful and well planned. Everything from the tour guides to the excursions, to the culinary experiences were first class. This adventure was truly one for the books, and I can’t wait to travel again with SUP YO!

  • This (Sailing the Adriatic Adventure Retreat) was my first adventure retreat ever and it won’t be my last! This was by far the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. This was definitely out of my comfort zone with traveling out of the country for the 1st time and with strangers but I’m so glad I did this. I came back with a new view on life & I met some really great people who I now consider my friends. My heart is so full from this adventure! Thank you Jana & Mark for this amazing experience.

  • I truly love the adventurous spirit that Jana brings to every event. She stays positive even when unplanned or unpleasant things pop up. I have done her SUP yoga, hikes, weekend retreats and am off to Croatia with SUP Yo in Sept. Cannot wait!!!

  • Everything about this retreat was perfection!! Sure, its easy because Croatia is an AMAZING country but Jana organized the retreat so well, allowing retreaters who love adventure to get in tons of awesome activities in one week! I am 100% planning on going back to this amazing country and would even do every single one of the activities again!! SO FUN!!

  • This (Adventures of Croatia Retreat) was one of my favorite retreats, having been on several other retreats, well organized and all of the excursions were amazing, complete with great transfers to each one great guides and great locations!! This was overall a very memorable trip filled with lots of activities, great country, amazing food and a fabulous leader, Jana!!! Thanks for all your planning and time you put into making this adventure so awesome!!!!!

  • This was a a week of overcoming some limitations of things I didn’t think I could do I pushed and accomplished all that I attempted. Making this a epic week filled with amazing people and adventures.

  • Best vacation ever! I’m so glad I did this! Everyone should experience a vacation like this at least one in their lifetime! #beherenow
