Yesterday I went hiking with SUP YO and loved the experience. I only went through with it because Kim was so nice when I first spoke to her. So BIG thanks to Kim! I am already planning my next adventure with SUP YO Adventures!-

Kim Howard was so motivating and had the right balance on guiding yet letting me find the right pace for myself to navigate the hike. I found it helpful to have the option to join a group to do this. It was helpful to have a group to laugh with along the hike and such a great way to meet some new people. Although, the hike was quite challenging for me personally, I would 100% recommend anyone interested in hiking to signup for a guided hike. The “what you need” was spot on, too. Those hiking poles were game changing for me.

The Yoga Hikes provide an opportunity to connect with nature and the outdoors and they are also a chance to connect with others with similar interests. Jana does a wonderful job planning the activities and if there is yoga included she is a guiding, soulful teacher. I highly recommend an experience with SUP YO.
