SUP YO was founded by Jana Olenio, yoga instructor, travel agent and NH native, and was created from pure passion for nature and outdoor adventure. SUP YO was originally formed in 2011 as a paddleboard yoga company that over time evolved into many other outdoor adventure offerings from day hikes to weeklong worldwide adventure trips.

Join SUP YO Adventures in collaboration with Blossom Yoga & Wellness for an intimate weekend retreat in the heart of the White Mountains, where the quiet beauty of late autumn invites you to slow down, turn inward, and prepare for the winter season ahead.

Into Stillness is a carefully curated Yin & Restorative retreat designed to help you root down, soften, and reconnect – with yourself, with nature, and with a supportive community. As the days grow shorter and the nights longer, we’ll embrace practices that encourage rest, reflection, and deep nourishment.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience:

  • Yin & restorative yoga to release tension and support mobility
  • Gently guided breathwork and mindful meditation practices to calm the nervous system and cultivate inner awareness
  • Sound healing to invite deep rest and integration
  • Time outdoors, including gentle hikes and walks to reconnect with nature
  • Space for quiet reflection, journaling, and stillness
  • Unstructured time to rest, breathe, and simply be

Our home for the weekend is The Bartlett Village House, a warm and welcoming retreat space perfect for private groups. With three stories of living space, a private backyard, and plenty of room to both spread out and gather together, the house offers a true sense of comfort and ease. Located within walking distance to the Saco River and nearby hiking trails, nature is always just steps away.

This retreat is an invitation to return to yourself – to slow the pace, care for your body and mind, and cultivate the inner quiet that supports the season ahead. You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and gently prepared for winter.
