SUP YO was founded by Jana Olenio, yoga instructor, travel agent and NH native, and was created from pure passion for nature and outdoor adventure. SUP YO was originally formed in 2011 as a paddleboard yoga company that over time evolved into many other outdoor adventure offerings from day hikes to weeklong worldwide adventure trips.

This 7 day custom adventure provides an immersed experience in two of North America’s most iconic and wild destinations: Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks of Northwest Wyoming. Arrival & Departure

Ground Transfers

Cancellation Policy

Day 1 (Sunday)
ARRIVE SALT LAKE CITY, TRANSFER TO HOTEL FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY AND WELCOME MEET UP AND DINNER WITH YOUR GROUP.
Please plan to arrange your own flight into SLC and arrive by 3PM. Once you arrive, please arrange transportation from the airport via uber or taxi to your downtown hotel. Check in is 4PM. We will meet in the lobby at 6PM and walk together to dinner where we will have a welcome briefing, meet our WILD WEST crew and go over the weeks agenda.

Day 2 (Monday)
TRANSFER TO YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, GRAND PRISMATIC HOT SPRING

Departing from our Gateway Hotel near downtown Salt Lake City, we cut through the Wasatch Mountains and begin heading 5-hours North! Before our arrival we’ll enjoy a few stops as we continue towards Yellowstone National Park! On this day we plan to head into the park to see the striking colors of the Grand Prismatic Hot Spring! Our campsite is located just outside of the the park so we will get set up at camp before dusk and enjoy a yoga s t r e t c h after a long day of driving and a delicious home cooked camp meal and bonfire before sleepy time.

Please dress in hiking clothes and bring your luggage and a daypack with anything else you may want for today’s ride. Make sure to eat breakfast at the hotel before we depart! DAY 2 OVERVIEW: HIKING DETAILS: 1-2 miles - Minimal elevation gain DRIVING TIME: 6 Hours ACCOMMODATIONS: Camping outside of Yellowstone National Park

Day 3 (Tuesday)
FULL DAY IN YELLOWSTONE, MT WASHBURN, MAMMOTH HOT SPRINGS

Today, after breakfast at camp, we hike to the top of Mt. Washburn for fantastic panoramic views of Yellowstone. This hike ascends nearly 1,300 feet from the trailhead up a dirt path and reaches the peak at over 10,000 feet in elevation. We will enjoy a bag lunch at the summit. In the afternoon we will explore Mammoth Hot Springs as we tour a scenic loop around the park. Again, we’ll have great chances to see wildlife, most certainly bison, which are the largest land mammal in North America at nearly 2,000 lbs. This evening we will return to camp after exploring several more geothermic geyser basins and enjoy yoga at the camp, a hearty dinner and head to bed early for another great day on the horizon!

Day 4 (Wednesday)
VISIT THE GRAND CANYON OF YELLOWSTONE + OLD FAITHFUL, HEAD TO GRAND TETONS

This morning we break down camp in Yellowstone and head out for our last day in Yellowstone National Park. We will visit and hike the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, known as the most breathtaking sight inside Yellowstone National Park! You will get a chance to see the Old Faithful Geyser. The world’s most famous geyser, Old Faithful, currently erupts around 20 times a day. We then continue on South to Grand Teton National Park! This is another exceptional place to spot wildlife. This evening we will set up camp the views the Teton Range. Your guides will prepare a hearty homemade dinner while you relax by the campfire for the evening. Yoga at the campsite.

Day 5 (Thursday)
HIKE TO TAGGART LAKE, WHITEWATER RAFTING, JACKSON HOLE
Rise & Shine to nature’s chorus, cowboy coffee, and a delicious breakfast before heading out for a beautiful hike to Taggart Lake. This picturesque alpine lake has unmatched views of the Teton Range including an impressive view of one of North America’s most iconic peaks, Grand Teton (13,776). After the hike, we’ll connect with our rafting guides who will take you on an unforgettable whitewater rafting trip down the world-famous, Snake River! This evening will be spent in the unique town of Jackson, WY. You’ll have free time to explore quaint shops, local breweries, art galleries, and the Town Square with its arches made of shed antlers from the nearby National Elk Refuge. We’ll reassemble for a group dinner before heading back to our campground for another peaceful night under the stars. DAY 5 OVERVIEW: HIKING DETAILS: Taggart Lake 4-mile loop (Moderate elevation gain) DRIVING TIME: Local ACCOMMODATIONS: Camping outside of Grand Teton National Park RAFTING: Half Day 3-4 hours, Class II & III

Day 6 (Friday)
JENNY LAKE, INSPIRATION POINT, RETURN TO SALT LAKE CITY
This morning we’ll pack up our camp and head to one of Grand Teton’s most beautiful features, Jenny Lake! A quick boat shuttle will take us across the lake and to the trailhead which opens up several hiking options including some inspiring views and spectacular waterfalls! While you’re hiking, be sure to keep an eye out for moose and black bears that frequent this area! Once finished with the hike, we’ll get the group together for an included lunch with your final views of the Tetons before we begin our journey back to Salt Lake City. Once back, we’ll get everyone checked into their hotel and have you join us for our "last supper," a farewell dinner as we share our favorite moments from the trip and say our goodbyes. DAY 6 OVERVIEW: HIKING DETAILS: 5 miles (Hidden Falls, Inspiration Point, and Lakeshore Trail DRIVING TIME: 4.5 Hours ACCOMMODATIONS: SLC Hotel
