    Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value
Just had a fun day hike at Mount Pemigewasset, NH with the Sup Yo Adventures group. I went on a beginner  hike and felt save and had fun. They were very organized and responsive. I got text messages about place to meet and as we arrived at the location the hike began, just as scheduled. The instructor Aly started with a quick meet and great and talked about appropriate safety measurements to ensure the group stayed together. Her yoga class was relaxing movements after taking a hike to the top of the mountain.
I’ll definitely join the group again for more adventures this summer!

The Yoga Hikes provide an opportunity to connect with nature and the outdoors and they are also a chance to connect with others with similar interests. Jana does a wonderful job planning the activities and if there is yoga included she is a guiding, soulful teacher. I highly recommend an experience with SUP YO.
