I did a yoga hike this past weekend and was impressed with how well organized it was. It was a wonderful experience and I can’t wait for the next one. The trained trail guide was in tune to the varied fitness levels in the group and kept a good eye on everyone.

Signing up again! It was the perfect pace. The yoga session at the top of the mountain perfectly stretches out your body to prepare for the way down. Made new friends and loved every second of it!

SUP YO was great!I had an amazing experience. We hiked 1.5 miles to the summit of MT. PEMIGEWASSET in New Hampshire. Elyse and Alecia were great trail guides and at the top Elyse instructed yoga at the summit with incredible views! Highly recommend an adventure with SUP YO!
Wonderful first time experience! I went with a friend and we were first timers as hikers. We fell in love with it! Kim guided us up Mt Pierce and she is so nice. Everyone in the group were so welcoming and already signed up for another one this fall to see the stunning foliage.
Sara was amazing and patient. Our group had a mix of levels for hiking. Her yoga was exactly what I needed in the most beautiful setting. HIGHLY recommend!

The Yoga Hikes provide an opportunity to connect with nature and the outdoors and they are also a chance to connect with others with similar interests. Jana does a wonderful job planning the activities and if there is yoga included she is a guiding, soulful teacher. I highly recommend an experience with SUP YO.
There is nothing quite like practicing yoga on a mountain top! Highly recommended!
