During this 5-night/6-day retreat, we will stay at the luxurious AMARA Resort & Spa, a 4.5-star boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Uptown Sedona. Situated at an elevation of 4,500 feet, AMARA boasts breathtaking red rock views and a serene ambiance along the creek. Guests can unwind in the infinity pool, soak in the hot tub, or relax in the beautiful courtyard, complete with outdoor fire pits perfect for stargazing in the evenings. Arrival & Departure

• Please plan to arrive Phoenix (PHX) on April 9 by 12:00 PM (noon time)
• Depart April 14 after 1PM.

Ground Transfers

• A private van transfer is included and will be provided for you.
• If arranging your own transportation from the airport to Sedona, please note:
• Check in is 4:00 PM. Early arrivals may leave luggage with bellman.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due 90 days prior to retreat start date.

In the event a customer needs to cancel:

-more than 90 days before the retreat start date – $1,000 penalty (your non-refundable deposit)

-89-60 days before the retreat start date – 50% refund minus the $1000 penalty

-59-0 days no refunds.

If a customer cancels and we are able to fill their spot, the customer will be refunded in full minus a $200 admin fee and the 6% FareHarbor booking fee.
